Golden arrow NOT the bus for us.

Ever wondered why Golden arrow busses drive like taxi drivers?

Its been a long time now since i have noticed that Golden Arrows busses are the new siyaya taxi drivers. They drive recklessly and bully other drivers on the road.

Today i finally discovered why... These bus drivers are not held accountable for their actions on the road, therefore they don't mind knocking over anyone else using the road. They also have an arrogant guy named T*****e B****, with a don't care attitude rejecting claims.

On the 23rd of June, I was at an intersection, waiting on my turn to cross, when a Golden arrow bus drove right into my driver side, rear door.

After a lengthy process of submitting a claim to Golden arrow, they now came back to me, to inform me that the claim has been rejected because of my negligence. I am extremely shocked as this accident took place while I was standing still and the bus drove into me.

I have notice that at this very intersection, busses make their own rules. I recorded it on camera. However, Golden arrow rejects the video because it's not the same driver.

Golden arrow therefore leave me know choice but as to take this matter further.

This is a clear indication as to why their drivers do as they please on the road.
