GOLDEN ARROW NOT THE BUS FOR US

Golden Arrow do not care about their passengers. The drivers let passengers board even though these busses are so full there's hardly any space to stand. Now I ask you WHY does these drivers stop if the busses are already overloaded. When my husband said he was to report the driver, he laughed at him and said he don't care about the passengers. He says it's their choice if they want to get into a full bus and he don't care about the passengers and made a point of picking up more people even though the bus was already overloaded. The drivers details: Dr 85866 Bus no. 4784, Route DXE1 on the Cape Town - Steenberg route. I understand everybody wants to get to work and home but where are the social distancing on the busses, plus no hand sanitiser and when you ask, they say the bus has already been sanitised. Golden Arrow needs to get their act together that's why so many people get the virus cause they don't practice any social distancing whatsoever and don't care, then they still up there prices for what!? Then we as passengers has to travel in this type of conditions.
