Golden Arrow not so sharp

Golden Arrow thinks they are so smart with their "Gold Card", but they have stuffed up a good system. They forced everyone to move over to the card system by discontinuing the clippable ticket and now there's just stuff up after stuff up. Before they cancelled the clippable ticket, people warned us how pathetic the cards were, that very often people had loaded trips onto the card and the bus drivers tell them there's nothing on the card. I don't think it's a technical issue, i think the drivers are pocketing the cash somehow. This country is so pathetic but not as pathetic as Golden Arrow pfffft
