Golden Arrow horrible service

I am not happy with the services that golden Arrow provides You must complain year in and year out nothing change but clip card fees increase. Every morning the 7am bus is late that operates from town centre via Rocklands, you get to work an hour later you call the call centre they tell the bus have departed but the bus never pitched. Golden Arrow just want to make money but don't deliver service.i am sick and tired of complaining all the time for the same thing they need to up their game otherwise I will take them to the news papers.
