Golden Arrow Drivers

So this morning I waited in wynberg, cape town for a bus as I was on my way to Groote Schuur hospital. Then eventually the City via Groote Schuur bus comes ad this driver drove the 2508 bus on 14 august 2019. He is always a problem and acts as if he doesnt know anything and drops me and a passenger far past Groote Schuur hospital and refused to dive up to the hospital.

If this is a service rendered then I would say Myciti should take over completely!!!
