hi I received terrible service from a call Centre agent she doesn't provide you with the information that you are requesting I ask her to provide me with the train service instead she gave me information on the bus services when correcting her then she gets a attitude and puts you on hold for very long and when ask her to give correct information without you even finished or asking the next question she would say have a loving day goodbye
