Golden Arrow busses is it for us or for who they know

This evening 28/07/2021,waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for the 7:30pm bus when the inspector casually comes to us and says that the 7:30pm bus is no longer from tonight and it has moved to 8:30pm as the century city mall is now closing at 8:00pm . So I don't have a problem with the fact that golden arrow is operating their busses according to the malls time,what I do find disrespectful and being inconsiderate is that there was no prior communication stating that on the 28/07 the bus times is changing. Not even the customer service knew about still stating the old times taking advantage of the fact that we should just be okay with them deciding on that very moment to change bus times.Does Golden arrow have no policies regarding informing their customers that times changes on the same day and only took inconsideration the staff of Century City.Please can golden arrow tell me their protocol regarding this matter,You guys are so unprofessional but I guess who cares not you.
