Golden Arrow buses not stopping

This is totally unacceptable as it has been going on for 3 weeks now. I have contacted Golden Arrow customer services 3 times about the same complaint but I only receive an response via email telling me that they are busy investigating the issue I must be patient. I mean everyone is aware of the fact that trains are not operating in Khayelitsha so those train commuters went to the taxis and most of them to the buses. We don't have buses starting from village 3 they come from Makhaza and Harare by the time they reach village 3 bus stops buses are full and they don't stop for us. Doesn't matter even if you wake up earlier the fact is the bus will come from Makhaza already full. I have been late for the past 3 weeks and I received a verbal warning already but tit costs me R33.00 to take a taxi every morning to go to work and come back home with a bus. I don't have that type of money hence I buy a bus ticket. Can Golden Arrow please care enough for us customer to take this very serious as it may cost some of us our jobs and we have families to take care of. Give Khayelitsha more buses or have a bus that starts in Khayelitsha Bonjour like City have.
