GOLDEN ARROW BUS SERVICES NOT SO GOLDEN ANYMORE1

The bus service is absolutely appalling!! Especially in the morning Retreat to Cape Town route. I normally wait for the bus in Plumstead after dropping my daughter at school. You stand and wait up to hour waiting for a bus. If and when they do come then it's either full, or some of the drivers just ignore you and just drive right pass you, even though there is space. Why not send an empty bus down the main road to pick people up. Instead of filling the busses up in Retreat and then drive right pass the rest of us waiting for a bus to pick you up. Are you scared that you won't make money by sending empty busses down the main road. It will be full by the time you get to town. Then you still have the nerve to increase the fares as well. I don't know who is worse you or Metrorail.
