Golden Arrow Bus Services NOT delivery service!!!

My son uses GABS to get to school and back. I have to date purchased 4 cards - just last month a card that still had 5 rides on was blocked. I called the number on the phone and was advised to log a call via email which I did. To date I have had no response. The replacements card I bought, #***6 is now blocked as well. Every time I have to fork out R35 for a new card which I feel is unfair! Theses are tough times - I am recently unemployed so I am not happy with this added stress. I need someone to call me ASAP to resolve this matter.
