Golden Arrow Bus Services horrible service.

I was told that a Bus from Mbekweni to Cape Town will be at 13:30pm; 14:30pm and 15:30pm. I waited from 13:30pm to 15:50pm. 4490 bus arrived and all the other buses before 4490 bus did not arrive at all. I reported this issue and the agent put me on hold and left me hanging going to speak to a supervisor and never came back what happened instead it's that the agent dropped the call or it dropped itself due to long wait on hold. I am disgusted by Golden Arrow Bus Services. I am extremely late from what I was going to do. It's horrible. It's true Golden Arrow Buss Services does not care about people.
