Golden Arrow Bus Services have poor Public Relations

Golden Arrow Bus Services have a few brilliant staff members who are excellent at serving their customers.

On the down side they are dismal when it comes to communication. I have not received a single response nor an acknowledgement of a single email that I have sent to them as a complaint or a compliment.

I have sent emails to *** and to *** with absolutely no feedback.

Please get your house in order regarding communication.
