Golden Arrow bus service NO social distancing

I have been taking Golden Arrow service bus from Cape Town to Retreat. There is NO social distancing in the bus. Passengers had to shout from behind telling the driver the bus is full he has a mirror to view if the bus is full. The windows on the bus are suppose to be open. This does not apply to most of the buses I have traveled in. ALTHO everyone are wearing masks,when getting on some people pul it down to their chin after taking a seat. NO inspectors are getting on the bus to ensure covid protocol is followed. It's extremely worrisome travelling by bus.
