Golden arrow bus service

The bus for us is unsafe with their drivers honestly, I could of lost my life when I was involved in an accident with them , the bus turn into my car pushing me to the pavement, bus driver said his at fault gave me contact details to lay a claim, I did so , was asked to draw a sketch etc... 14days later claim wasn't accepted because I can't draw a sketch,. I need to take this further as my cars damage quote is R24000
