Golden Arrow bus number 5152

Earlier this afternoon, I was on Golden Arrow bus number: 5152, from Wynberg to Claremont, & I noticed that the driver was using his cell phone, I picked him out about this, & he basically said to me, "it's a red robot", what absolute bull**** is this?, the bus was full, is the bus driver or Golden Arrow going to take responsibility in the event of an accident, how can Golden Arrow have menaces like this with such a ****ty, I don't care attitude working for Golden Arrow?
