Golden Arrow Bus Driver Stole My Change

My fiance just took a bus from Cape Town to Bellville. When she paid the bust driver gave her back R2.50 change, but the slip says clearly she must get R14.50 change. When she asked for her money the bus driver chose to speak to her in Xhosa knowing she didn't understand and refused to give her money back. It may not sound like much money to some people, but realise that is enough money to buy a bread for struggling students. I am so disappointed with the service of Golden Arrow and the calibre of people they employ.
