Golden Arrow Bus damage my car and drove off

On my way from a meeting, a Golden Arrow Bus hit my car from the on coming traffic. Luckily I swerved out and it only damaged my car's side Mirror. The bus driver just kept on going and I couldn't get a registration number due to the hectic traffic. I went to the police station and reported the accident and a witness and with his statement as well. After honing and emailing them a bunch of times, I am still left with a broken mirror and damaged reputation as I use my car to see clients. At the end of the day Golden Arrow just said that they don't have tracking devices on their busses and they do not give me any response regarding the accident whatsoever. This is ridiculous!
