Golden Arrow Bus Claim

On the 14/06/19 my car was hit buy Golden Arrow Bus , as I came out at the Garage in Khayelitsha, the drive was very cooperative we even call the cops but they show up so we exchange numbers me and the driver, I went to police station Lingelethu to open a case I sent the driver the picture of my car damages and he advises me to go to Montana Golden Arrow Depo , and I went I met the assesser who asses my car and tell me what must I bring , I did all of that and after a while I did follow up and spoke to him and he told me he sent my papers to Golden Arrow claims , even then I was the one who did follow up but no seems to care or even to help me and I believe its because I'm a black women that's why because it's been full two years now and still my car hasn't been fix and I'vent had a word since then , plz help so that my car can be fixed.
