Golden Arrow Bus Bellvile Terminus Poor Services

I was very dissapointed at Bellville Golden Arrow Terminus on Friday, to wait for so long and not to see inspectors to even come to us to let us know about a delay or something. I sent them a very long email to tell them what I think of them and the email was as usual ignored. One of the the people I was waiting with was a heavily pregnant woman who eventually sat on the pavement because the weather was extremely hot that day.What I have noticed is that black community routes are not taken serious, if it were for other routes the inspectors would informed then of a delay. Since 5:25pm when when we arrived at the terminus there was no 5:40pm bus which I would normally take.
