Golden Arrow-BAD, BAD, BAD Service

Golden Arrow continually disappoints. Their busses on the Wellington to Cape Town are regularly late, especially the early morning (6H00 and sometimes 07H00) timeslots. This is goes for Weekends as well. When you lodge a complaint at the call centre, the answer given will be that the bus is running late, they cannot contact the drivers to find out why they are late, where they are and when they will be at their designated stops. This is bad for the customer, who needs to be at meetings, funerals, church, work, school etc. They need competition so that the can render better services, their monopoly has gone to their heads as customer service is of low importance. Their subsidy should be revoked and performance clauses attached to ensure renewal of their contract with the City of Cape Town. They are not serving the public.
