Golden Arrow

I am very unhappy as I take the bus service from Owen road to n1city and the people in the is very rude as they say colored people are cheap coz we take the bus and y not the taxi as they would say it infront of everyone in the bus and they say this busses don't come from elsies it comes from makhaza or Harare it's so ****** in the bus and I just hope that golden Arrow can look into this matter because it's very serious
