Golden arrow

I logged a complaint on the 18th November already, regarding your driver's attitude and how I was thrown out of the bus like a dog!

And not forgetting how I was accused of being a ***** infront of other passengers and receiving a damn putrid response from your golden arrow team.

Wow it blows my mind that gold arrow can't do better. I will definitely not be leaving it like this please do note the next step would be the newspaper.
