Golden Aroow bus services bus number 4983

Last night at 17:57 I got the 4983 bus from Bellville to Maitland and was asked to pay a fair of R25. When I informed the driver that it's not the price he insisted that I pay or get off the bus with a terrible attitude.... he told me to get off at 5th Ave if I want to pay that price of R12.50. So this is the thing... he charges me R12.50 to get off at 5th Ave Kensington, but the ticket states 16th Ave. So I get off between 3rd and 2and ave which is a bus stop after 5th Ave. This means for one extra bus stop he wanted to charge me R13 extra. When we arrived to 5th Ave i asked him why he would want to charge me that amount as i would just get off at the next stop he tells me to shut up and get off the bus. Never in my life have i come across a driver so disrespectful to a woman and a client of Golden Arrow bus services. This would mean that i would have to walk over the bridge to my stop because of his incompetence. I need him to be removed from that bus and bring back the driver that use to be on that route that had respect for all his customers. This driver of last night do not belong in the industry he is working. Disrespectful ***. I would like someone of the Golden Arrow services to contact me asap to get this matter resolved and give him more training cause he clearly didnt have enough. I have been travelling this route for 13 years and have never been so disgusted with a driver like him
