GABS IS RIDICULOUS

I am disgusted in the services that Golden Arrow provides, On 17.08.2018 I got a job offer, however I could not take the job because there were no busses available at the end of my shift. Before I was made aware that the last bus leaves at 5pm and I was to work till 6,I bought 2 bus tickets, (19.08.2018) 1: Strandfontein - Mitchells Plain. 2: Mitchells Plain-Koeberg Station. I notified GABS via email ********** about the unfortunate situation and my reasons for requesting a refund as I còuld not take the job. To date I have not recieved feedback or a return for the unused service I paid for!
