Gabs change unnecessary

As a regular commuter from Bellville <-> Rocklands/Town Centre. I'm upset at the fact that you felt the NEED to just replace this 4:05/10 bus that drives down strand road pass Sanlam head office WITH A MERRYDALE BUS .SEEMS IT WAS done without a real thought and very unwise. Not everyone can make it to the terminus to get the Rocklands busses that drives via kasselsvlei and then stikland .The majority of the people that gets onto that specific Merrydale bus at that specific busstop now have to get off at Clocktower which basically fills up a bus. WHY!!! You are inconveniencing the Rocklands commuters for a handful of Merrydale people coming from Bellville?. Please review your decision as I believe the change was not even necessary at all .
