First time bus ride was a complete nightmare

on the 3/3/2015 my car broke down and Never having travelled by bus before i needed to get home. Having no clue how to travel by bus a friend of mine told me to stand on Kenilworth bridge and wait for a bus which i did also I have seen Drivers just opening doors and allowing passengers on board. I waited for a bus at a red robot and the driver didn't want to let me on even when I asked him please he screamed at me through the door.. eventually when the robot turned green he decided to stop traffic to let me on as if this were my fault. when I got on to the bus the driver screamed at me and didnt want to take my money. When I tried to tell him that I've never ever travelled by bus before and that I don't know the procedures I was continuously screamed at I told him that this was really ****ty service and the walked to the back of the bus where I couldn't even walk properly because my legs were shaking. When it was my turn to get off I asked one of the other passengers what I needed to do and she told me to press a button that would make the driver stop. the woman could see i was overwhelmed because I just burst into tears. I have never been through such a traumatic incident before
