Extremely poor service from Golden arrow bus 5010

This bus driver of 5010, did not stop at the usual bus stop for me. I am not happy with this behavior as that bus stop is the usual bus stop, because even bus inspectors catch the bus there. When I was observing where he stops there are no bus stop poles or markings even and when I asked him how does this work, he tells me not teach him how to do his job

I am appealing to Golden arrow to please remove people who are psychologically disturbed and please appoint people who are ready to serve the citizens of South Africa.

This driver has stopped on all the non existing stops in Northpine and brackenfell. Even after the N1 bridge where there is no bus stop before the rivets, he stopped and I asked him to please show me a bus stop, he got upset because he makes his own rules.

This is so disturbing to me as I paid a full ticket price with my hard earned money.
