Extremely poor bus services - Northern Suburbs

Hi Could you please make sure that the bus from Bellville to Cape town via N1 leaves bellville on time or a bit earlier 6:30am. The bus used to get to Milton Road at 6:45 but now it gets to our stop at 7:05. this is ridiculous and then to top it off the bus is overloaded as there are too little busses on this route. Please have an inspector on this route from 6:00am, 6:30 and 7:00. all these busses are late and jammed packed.
