extreemly bad service

I just need to say that Terrance Bulana is the most rudest person that I'm dealing with. and definitely does not belong in that position as he is extremely rude and aggressive when a person is dealing with him when following up on a claim that he is dealing with. He is extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive and he is a bad representative for Golden Arrow Bus Services specially dealing with clients.
