Judging the reviews, this company has in the region of 320 bad reviews vs about 23 good reviews. That says a lot about how bad this company is. I had a bad experience with ************ from bus a bus driver on 25 July 2024 at 6am who had complete disregard for the speed limitations of the road and tried to bully me into exceeding the speed limit down Edinburgh Drive. I emailed their complaints line to give them an opportunity to explain why their drivers have this macho attitude and why they feel the rules don't apply to them. Taking into consideration their anti authoritive behaviour, recklessness plus a general disregard at this company, it is now understandable how a bus driver could feel zero compassion towards an 11 year old boy who was forced to walk home due to this company. This company has the monopoly and is definitely exploiting this to their benefit, they couldn't care less about the public who keeps them operating.

This company deserves less than a one star for poor service delivery and terrible support from higher authority.
