ENOUGH

<p>I will never set foot it a golden arrow bus again !! Bus 4152 driver has literally changed his own route . When asked why he says I should have said something and that he doesn't do that route because its getting late . Hey asshole I am a female!!! He then says that my route and Mandalay is now the last area he drops , so after a year of me taking this route it now changed over night , it was obvious he was bull****ting but I still called to find out and to no surprise it hasn't changed , got me home at 11pm , never again I'm sick to death of the **** you need to go through just to get home with this people , I'm I not paying for a service or are you paying me . Its clear that safety is of no concern regardless that your paying for a service . Keep my money and invest it in some customer service s****s for your employees . </p>
