****ed off!!

Good evening,

I am currently in bus number 4061,Claremont to Town Centre.

I loaded a weekly onto my card this morning and use it to get to work. Now when I tried to use it it didn't want to work and the driver didn't want to allow me on the bus, so because I couldn't wait for another bus I had to pay cash R27.50. I am extremely ****ed off as how is this my problem?? It worked this morning and I even kept the receipt of this morning. What if I didn't have cash on me?? I would have been stranded with no way to get home!!! This is unacceptable.

Honestly I'm so sick and tired of GA because it's endless problems.

I want my money back and I want this resolved as I am not going to pay cash again tomorrow morning.

So either you get a supervisor or inspector to come out to the bus stop where I get on because I am going to Social media with this nonsense.
