Driver Swearing

TODAY I took a Cape town to Mandaly Bus at 16:30 Bus number 4173, DrV 87972

I AM very disappointed by the Be the Rude behaviour. When the Machine Could Scan my card , i was Irate and shouted, when i Complained about hes Behaviour he didn make it any easier and even Insulting me and saying I can go and Report him. THAT is a very bad behaviour.
