Driver puts child's life in danger

On Friday 01 November while I was on the 11:00 Heideveld bus from town, a young school girl who wanted to get off at her stop rang the bell but for some reason the driver didn't want to stop. She asked him to stop but he ignored her and dropped her a few stops after where she wanted to get off. I shouted at him as well to stop but he didn't listen, the bell was working because I could hear it. It's not safe where he dropped her and she had to walk back alone. This is disgusting and I hope he gets disciplined
