Driver Leaving From Town Centre at 8:10 To Tygervalley (Weekly)

Please take note of the below:

For more than a year this specific GA Bus Driver has been doing the same thing.

He does this annoying thing where you as a passenger flags the bus down to stop at the bus stop and he makes as if he doesn’t see you at all and stops just before the pedestrian crossing. If that isn’t annoying enough, you will run to get to the bus and then still wait for him to open the door. When you get in he looks straight and doesn’t acknowledge you. He will just look down take your clip card and drive on while you’re still standing. You can only find a seat as soon as he clips your card and still walk in a moving bus.

This all takes place every single day at the bus stop in AZ Berman next to Hyacinth Primary.

This driver is so disrespectful as passengers we either just take his nonsense and laugh it off or just take a later bus.

This morning something happened which made me write you this complaint.

After flagging down the bus I had to run to a closed door, when I got in the driver closed the door on my foot and one of the doors knocked my back (fyi, I am pregnant). I had to shout at him to look at what he did. I told him that he closed the door on my foot and I’m stuck. He just opened the door mumbled something pointing to the door. I said he could’ve at least apologized but that fell on deaf ears.

I have no excuse for this man’s behaviour as it just doesn’t make sense to do the same thing every single day.
