Driver dropped kids off and did not complete her r

I am very upset about what happened to my kids on their way to the Grans place , Thursday 8th October. My 2 kids boarded the Lost City Bus at the Athlone terminus between 230pm and 3pm. They paid the fare which would've taken them to Lost City and the nearest drop off is less than a minute away from their Gran's place. however on arrival in Mitchell's Plain, a few of the other passengers did not want to complete the entire route as they wanted to be in the Town Centre. my kids had enough money for the bus fare to Lost City and not for the trip from Town Centre to lost City. it is my understanding , the driver of the bus dropped them in Alpine way , about twenty minutes from where they were suppose to be. They had to walk through a gang ridden place ( beacon Valley) and I feel this was not how the driver should have handled this situation. Would that driver have done the same if it was her children? I think not. I allowed them to take the bus as I thought this was much safer than taking a Taxi from Athlone. I am appalled at the service and attitude of the said driver.<br> Please have a look at this as I eel it should not have happened.
