Driver did not stop for commuters deliberately

I am very disappointed by your lady bus driver 😒 a very matured looking African female who drives on the route from Claremont to Mandalay between 17h00 an19h00 passed us a group commuters on Highlands drive near Highlands Total Garage approximately 17h55. The incident occurred on the 20th of July 2022. It is not the first the driver is doing this... another incident a commuter had to stand infront of the bus on the road for her to stop. I plead golden arrow bus service to look into this matter. It's winter and that bus is the last to come at that time.
