DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR FROM GOLDEN ARROW BUS SERVICES STAFF MEMBER

I am a golden arrow bus commuter for years. Yesterday i receive a very disrespectful behavior from one of your staff members. The incident happened on the 09/12/2019 at 08:29 at the ticket sales stationary point in Bellville bus terminus. I had R160.00, R100 note and 3 R20 notes to purchase a bus ticket. The lady at the sales point told me that she does not have a change i must get a change. The time i arrive at the window there was no body else , she was just sitting there hoping that someone will rock up with change. I then ask her what are you doing about the fact that you don't have a change. Can't you use your initiative to get up or get one of your colleagues around hear to get a change for you if you cant leave the sales booth. She then said i cant tell her what to do an argument started and she swore at me. I told her not to swear at me. I am reporting this behavior because first of all she supposed to know or she should been taught how to treat the commuters . This is not the first time observing this behavior from the same person. I don't want this behavior to continue so that's why i am reporting it perhaps this is not getting to the right people to deal with it. There is inspectors at the terminus, i did not consult anyone of them because things gets pushed under the carpet and they are not addressed properly. I demand that whoever is in charge of misbehaving staff members in public for GABS to follow the rules of the company to discipline this person. Such behavior cant be condoned.
