Disgusting behaviour from passengers

Not sure if you did receive my first complaint about these passengers in this bus that make fun of other passengers and insulting them, I am writing this report in the bus while they are still making fun of other passengers, they made fun of me when I came in too and they are still making a lot of noise while at it, the bus number is 4303 and it was the same bus number the last time I sent a report regarding these passengers.
