DISGUSTED WITH GOLDEN ARROW BUS SERVICES

I was standing at the bus stop in Victoria Road, Grassy Park this morning when the female bus driver of the 07h25 to Diep River refused to stop for me and another lady. This is not the first time this specific driver did that and I am appalled by the service provided by Golden Arrow. The bus number is: PH4974. Her bus was empty and she forced us to get on to the next bus which was jam packed. When we eventually passed her, she was busy on her cell phone. She is there to provide a service to the public, not do her own thing. If people are standing at a bus stop, it is the driver's obligation to stop and allow those people in. Totally disgusted with Golden Arrow. I immediately logged a complaint and received the following reference number: ********** 591 (spoke to Songeze).
