disappointing service

<p>there has been no bus to makhaza or harare for the past hour and a half.. we have been standing waiting and the golden arrow officials are just coming and going not even informing us that buses are running late. this is not the first time as i always find that i wait even 2 hours for a bus that has been cancelled for some reason and no one bothering to let the passengers know that there wont be any busses. clipcards are very expensive for such bad service</p>
