Disappointed in golden arrow

I purchased my daughter's weekly school bus tickets on Sunday afternoon 15 March 2020, closer to the evening Mr President announced schools will be closed from 18th March 2020 up until after Easter. I called Golden arrow to advise that I don't want to lose out on these rides , and there response was they don't exstend etc etc. I would like for Golden arrow to extend this rides as we were only informed close to evening about the closer of schools, also there is more parents losing out .
