Day light *******

I purchased my bus ticket from Mitchells Plain to Tygervalley Centre. The guy loaded a Mitchells plain to Cape Town!. When I advised this was wrong he said that I wasn't being clear and then refused to change the ticket. I now have a R203 bus card that I can not use and had to find an alternative way to get to work
