COVID-19 CONCERNS

Trust you all are doing well during this difficult circumstances.

South Africa has found itself in a pandemic which has left us with having to take the necessary extra precautions to safeguard ourselves as well as everybody surrounding us. I would like to know what Golden Arrow is doing about people being back at work and there being very minimal busses available to the public. Also how does a driver allow someone to get onto the bus without a mask when clearly the law is "no mask, no entry". This is not the 1st time on the Claremont lines that this is happening. I suggest the inspectors start being more visible.

My honest opinion would be that you as a company increase the number of services so that we can maintain our social distancing as per the South African Law during this pandemic to avoid any unnecessary further spread of the COVID-19 virus.

How do I know that the person next to me is not a positive carrier of the COVID-19 virus?? Which doesn't then only put me at risk but also my family, not to mention elderly pensioners for parents, my colleagues as well as the clients I deal with on a daily basis??? Besides us as individuals taking the necessary precautions.

I'm sure you too take the necessary precautions wrt your families and loved ones. It would be highly appreciated if Golden Arrow could aprhened its logo being "the bus for us" with providing more services to the public. I do understand that you too need to "play it safe" but so do we all.
