Could not enter bus as ticket mechanism was broken

The 07:10 bus from Tygerberg hospital to Mitchell's Plain driver refused my colleague entry to the bus as the ticket mechanism was broken and he could not issue a ticket. This guy worked night shift and was looking forward to his trip home and he now faced with a problem because the driver of your bus had the attitude of simply not caring about how this guy was supposed to get home. It was not even his (my colleague's) fault that your mechanism was broken, yet he had to suffer because of it. This is absolutely sad that this attitude can be had against a person who has the desire to take care of his family by sacrificing his nights to work and you treat him this way. Absolutely disgusting.
