Continuous pathetic service

Year in and year out there are issues on the Strandfontein/Bayview/ Sam Remo route via Chukker Road. Every morning without fail 3 buses drive passed the Wetton circle stop because they are "full" with passengers standing down the isle from the driver to mid way down the bus. There is still standing space for atleast another 5 people!!!! In the afternoon the Ottery road bus shows up late, with this specific routes queue going all the way down to the Golden Acre! No inspector in sight to say whats going on or give any feedback. Once the Ottery Road starts loading, the Chukker Road bus pulls up next to this one the inspector comes out of nowhere shouts Chukker Road and then theres complete chaos! With most train lines being suspended more passengers are now taking the bus. What is Golden Arrow doing about this? We need more buses on this route to accommodate all the people that travel by bus. Once in a blue moon there will be an inspector to monitor whats going on and then magically the buses stop to pick us up at Wetton Circle. This "service" is a disgrace. There are so many wynberg terminus buses, why is there a shortage on the Strandfontein route?
