Complete disregard for passengers

Failure to stop This is the third time I complained about drivers behavior. The first instance I was told that an inspector was going to cone out an monitor the situation but needless to say that didn't happen. Up to today the didn't acknowledge me email of the second complain This morning I had to log another complain. It's cold, dark and it's raining we are two women trying to get on the bus in the morning. Another 5 to 10 min waiting for the next bus makes all the difference in the world in our society today.
