Complaint

I have weekly journeys on my gold card took a bus to Belville which I get to transfers for the journey expiring after 2 hours, within this 2 hours I tap the card again from Belville to Kenridge and it takes from my journeys instead of from the transfers I check the time stamp on the ticket and it's an hour behind I tell the driver of bus no 5029 he rudely asks me what must he do and who tapped the card??? And with so much attitude this is APPALLING really
