Complaint

I'm very angry and disappointed in the way a Golden arrow bus driver disrespected passengers. This was the 1pm bus from Bellville to Cape town bus number 4411 taken on 26 March 2020. He spoke with disrespect towards myself and other passengers when we paid him. I paid with a R20 from Parow to Goodwood and the driver told me in a rude way to put change down cos he doesn't have small change.it also happen to another guy before me in which he also spoke so disrespectfully.most likely I would think this driver is ****** cos he have colored people attitude but with Africans boarding the bus he was fine.

I would like this to be taken care of immediately as it's not fair on drivers to take their moods out on the passengers despite of what is happening in their personal life or if the world is on lockdown. Everyone should be treated equally.
