Complaint

Complaint Golden Arrow bus services from Century City to Rockland in the evening is pathetic. The bus is either late or it doesn't show. You email or call to complain but nothing happens. They change drivers every day and we do not have a permanent driver. This is unacceptable as we pay nearly R200 for a weekly clipcard. It's not that we get the services for free. We pay for this service. I send an email on Thursday but no response from any person at Golden Arrow.
